• Q.Can I make a request even if there's only one person?

  A.Yes. Requests can be made for as few as one person.

• Q.By when should I submit my request?

  A.Please submit your request at least two months in advance of your desired date. We will notify you of whether the event can be held by the month prior to the scheduled event month.

• Q.If I make a request, will the event definitely take place?

  A.We will coordinate the event based on your preferences. If the event cannot be held, we will suggest an alternative date or other ways to participate.

• Q.Please tell me about your cancellation policy.

  A.There are no cancellation fees until the event is confirmed.
  Cancellations made after the event is confirmed are subject to the following fees:
  ・Up to 14 days before the event: No charge
  ・8–13 days before the event: 50% of the fee
  ・0–7 days before the event: Full fee
