Dividend Policy

The Company’s basic policy regarding the distribution of profits is to actively return profits to shareholders while enhancing corporate value by strengthening the Company’s management base and financial position. Based on this policy, we aim to achieve a dividend payout ratio of 30%, which will be implemented while comprehensively taking into account the Company’s business situation, financial condition, and business performance.
