Testimonials from Students

  • I feel that I got a hint of a new perspective as a concept of agile type management. The content was more practical than I had imagined, and I would like to make use of it where I can. (April 2023 Leading SAFe® participant)

  • I was able to organize viewpoints for analyzing from various perspectives. I was able to learn about how to create specific Features and Stories, which is a different approach from the one I had been using until now. (SAFe® POPM participant, May 2023)

  • As a development department, we tend to focus on the act of development itself (i.e., how to make the product), but I was able to recognize again that I had not prioritized thinking about “what kind of customer value” I wanted to provide. In addition, I realized that I have not been able to look back on whether I was able to provide value to the customer after the development process. I realized that shortening this cycle will be the key to success in the future, and I gained many insights. (Leading SAFe® participant, November 2023)

  • Without a foundation of trust and a “sense of conviction” through conversation and dialogue, it becomes just work, and good work cannot be done. I felt that the role of the Scrum Master is also to make sure that we can work well as a team. (SAFe® Scrum Master participant, November 2023)

  • I learned perspectives, points, tools, and techniques for leading and facilitating teams, and felt that I will be able to use them a little more in my future activities. (SAFe® Scrum Master, March 2024)
