TDC Soft Launches “Schedule Request” Service to Expand Opportunities for SAFe® Official Training
~Resolving challenges such as “scheduling conflicts” and “not enough participants”~
TDC Soft Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hiroyoshi Kobayashi; hereinafter “the Company”) has launched a “Schedule Request” service for SAFe® official training certified by Scaled Agile, Inc. (Headquarters: Colorado, U.S.; CEO: Steve Matthesen), which allows the Company to coordinate training dates based on customer requests.
■ Making SAFe® Training More Accessible
Until now, it was not uncommon for participants to miss out on opportunities to take SAFe® training due to reasons such as “the desired course not being on the public schedule” or “not being able to gather enough participants from within the company alone.”
In response to these challenges, we have introduced this new service as a third option that bridges the gap between the traditional “private sessions conducted on a company-wide basis” and “regularly scheduled public sessions.” By consolidating requests from one to several participants and confirming the session once the minimum number of attendees is reached, we provide training opportunities that align with when our customers want to learn.

By recruiting participants from multiple companies, we provide learning opportunities even in cases where it would be difficult to gather enough participants from a single company alone.

In addition to training that emphasizes dialogue—a hallmark of small-group sessions—we provide an environment where participants can freely ask questions of SAFe Practice Consultants (SPCs) with experience in SAFe® implementation support and large-scale agile development, offering learning that can be applied in real-world practice.
