1. Human Resources Strategy
At TDC SOFT Inc., we believe that the driving force behind the company’s sustainable growth is a situation in which each individual is able to demonstrate his or her strengths in order to realize his or her “ideal self. In order to achieve such an environment, we have introduced our own personnel system, the “Smart Career System,” and are working to create a system in which both the company and the individual can grow together.
2. Development of human resources for the future (Materiality ③)
We have formulated a training concept and implemented a training program based on our unique company-wide common human resource development framework, “SMACARI.
In order to provide project quality that lives up to the trust of our clients, we also focus on the development of human resources for project management.

The MSI Group is advancing its health maintenance and promotion activities based on its corporate philosophy of “valuing employees’ joie de vivre,” and is promoting health promotion through the concerted efforts of employees, their families, the company, and the health insurance association.
4. Diversity Initiatives
In terms of diversity, our theme is “all-employee success,” and we aim to create an organization where each and every employee respects each other and creates added value by creating an environment in which all employees are properly evaluated regardless of gender, age, nationality, disability, or any other differences.
