TDC Soft, Inc. (President: Hiroyoshi Kobayashi, hereafter referred to as “the Company”) has relocated its head office functions to Kudan Kaikan Terrace (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) and started operations on Tuesday, October 10, 2023.
New office concept "Re:Place
Re:Place” is a word that means to create new values while inheriting history, traditions, and culture, and to continue to update the place to a place that each employee feels is the best place for him or herself. We aim to create a place where employees can relax, work, communicate, and self-improve more efficiently than at home or in client offices, and where each and every one of them can play an active role.
New Employee First Office
We are a systems integration company and many of our employees are stationed at client offices. We have created an environment that encourages employees to naturally circulate and interact with each other on the floor when they return to the office. In addition, in order to maintain views and interaction, we have eliminated walls that divide floor lines, providing a variety of zones that can be used by employees not only for work, but also for various other purposes. The areas where employees work for long hours are kept away from windows, which are easily affected by the climate, to ensure a comfortable work space, so that employees can work and communicate efficiently and more relaxed than in their homes or in client offices.
