Notice of Relocation of Head Office

(President: Hiroyoshi Kobayashi, hereinafter “TDC Soft”) has announced the relocation of its headquarters to Kudan Kaikan Terrace (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) as part of its “Smart Work Concept” as part of its workplace strategy to support its next-generation system integration business in a rapidly changing business environment. In addition, TDC Soft will also announce that the Shinjuku Bunka Quint Building, where the current head office is located, will be turned into a new development base, TechnoGrowth Center Shinjuku, to accelerate investment in the base based on the Smart Work Concept.
