Key Strategies

The following three main strategies are mutually reinforcing. Plus! Business domain expansion: Expand business into new domains based on the existing SI business domain. Acquire the capabilities required for new business models, and aim to become a new next-generation SI company. Promote SI model reforms: Implement innovative approaches, including the development of SI processes that achieve both high productivity and high quality. Pursuit of high-value-added SI services: Expansion of high-value-added integration services that meet the potential needs of society and customers and utilize the latest elemental technologies, etc.

Key Strategies (Expansion of Business Domain)

The new areas in which we aim to expand our business domain are as follows

SI business: Expand next-generation SI business, and increase business volume through management services in the SI business, including maintenance and upkeep areas. Consulting business: Aim for the next business expansion by accumulating knowledge and meshing. Further expansion of existing DX/IT consulting and SAFe consulting services, and expansion and upgrading of technical education services Services and product sales business: Expansion of new in-house product sales business using accumulated knowledge, and sales of products and services that capture user needs and seeds by strengthening marketing functions

In order to promote our key strategies and become a new next-generation SI company, we will promote the following measures.

Secure human resources: Promote proactive human resource recruitment measures and human resource development measures (early strategicization, high value-added areas) Promote group and M&A strategies: Promote group and M&A strategies to acquire unowned functions and characteristics to expand new business areas Strengthen corporate foundation: Strengthen corporate functions such as data utilization to enable strategic decision-making Strengthen corporate functions such as data utilization to enable enhanced strategic decision making Strengthen investment for business expansion: Amid the accelerating trend of DX, promote investment to acquire elemental technologies that are expected to become mainstream in the future and to acquire capabilities to expand business domains
