The use of AI is limited to improving individual work efficiency and has not yet extended to the performance of the organization as a whole.

In fact, companies that are achieving results allocate 70% of their resources to transforming human capital, business processes, and culture (the 10:20:70 rule), and reports indicate that it is differences in organizational structure and systems—not algorithms or data—that determine whether a company can exceed expectations (*1, *2).
In Japan as well, AI adoption is often led by IT departments, and the establishment of dedicated roles (such as CAIOs) remains limited (*3).

AI-Native refers to a state in which AI is not merely used as a tool for efficiency, but is continuously integrated into new ways of thinking and working (as defined by Scaled Agile).This training goes beyond treating AI adoption as merely “operating a tool”; instead, it organizes AI utilization by linking it to customer value, business processes, role allocation, governance, and performance measurement, thereby achieving the following three transformations:

Bringing the Insights of the Global SAFe® Standard into the Age of AI

This training is provided by Scaled Agile, the provider of SAFe.
SAFe supports organizational transformation by providing a “common language (way of working)” that enables the entire organization to work together in unison to achieve results.

AI-Native Training is a talent development program that expands the knowledge of organizational transformation cultivated there to the application of AI, and connects AI to value creation within the organization.
Prior SAFe experience is not required to take the course.
