Sustainability Promotion System
In order to realize a smart society and to achieve sustainable growth of our group, we have established the following sustainability promotion system.

materiality decision-making process
We identify materiality (ESG material issues) and determine materiality for the Group’s ESG issues in the following Steps.
(Step 1) Identification and identification of issues
Sustainability Committee chaired by the director in charge of sustainability, with reference to various guidelines (GRI Standard, SASB, ISO26000), and candidates of issues to be addressed based on each group company’s vision, basic policies, key issues in the medium-term management plan, and past stakeholder opinions Selected
(Step 2) Assessment of Materiality
Evaluate the importance of each issue identified by the Committee from two perspectives: the stakeholders’ perspective and the Company’s business perspective.
(Step 3) Identification of Materiality
Based on the materiality evaluated by the committee, a materiality matrix is created and materiality candidates are identified.
(Step 4) Determination of materiality
The Board of Directors discusses the materiality matrix and materiality candidates presented by the Sustainability Committee and determines the Group’s materiality.
