How it was introduced
Tenko Ryutsu Net provides total support for the store business through a wide range of businesses, including store leasing and human resources businesses.
The company is not restricted to its existing businesses, but is still anticipating the needs of society and actively diversifying its business.
As part of its business reforms, the company was introducing groupware, but there were still issues with administrative costs and workload related to application, approval, and decision-making processes. In response, the company decided to introduce a workflow system that is compatible with the groupware in order to make application documents paperless and to visualize the application approval process. Styleflow was selected as a workflow system that could be built with a high degree of freedom to suit the company’s internal operations and achieve groupware integration at a low cost.
In the future, the company expects to use Styleflow as a unified system for its group companies.
