Are you new to SAFe® (Scaled Ag ile Framework) Leading SAFe® introduces the fundamentals of SAFe® and provides the principles and practices to drive lean agile transformation with confidence. The course also provides the guidance and tools needed to effectively lead in remote environments where teams are distributed.
In the Leading SAFe® course, you will learn how companies can build business agility and make SAFe® work within their organizations; you will learn how SAFe® can help improve quality, productivity, employee engagement, and time to market. You will also gain an understanding of how to align the entire organization with the same clear goals and how to improve value and work flow from strategy to delivery. You will also learn why companies are becoming more customer oriented and how to execute key SAFe® alignment and planning events such as PI planning.

Certification Examination
The SAFe® Agilist (SA) certification exam is an online exam in Japanese (time frame available).
To be eligible to take the exam, students must attend all days of the course.
PDU’s (for those with PMI’s Certification)
After the training, you can apply for 15 PDUs (Ways/Working: 6, PowerSkills: 6, Business: 3) by entering them on the PMI Website.

This course is a SAFe® certification program training provided by SAI, Inc. of the U.S. and taught by our SPCs.

About teaching materials
∙ The new version 6.0, released in March 2023, will be implemented.
The course materials are SAI’s original materials (in Japanese).
The course workbook (in Japanese) will be provided in a writable PDF format.
About the tools used
This course will be conducted via Zoom.
Exercises will be conducted using the course workbook or a virtual classroom in SAFe® Studio.
Some activities will be conducted using Google Drive.If you are unable to use Google Drive, you will not be able to participate in this course.
(The display name of each tool must be registered with the full name in English.)
About the course environment
Please prepare a PC environment where you can use the camera and microphone.
Please use a wired connection with an optical fiber line. Mobile Wi-Fi routers, etc. are not recommended as they may cause communication interruptions.
You can take the course on a single PC, but for a better experience, we recommend that you prepare a multi-display (two displays on one PC) or two PCs so that you can comfortably view the Zoom screen and other course materials.
Other
In the event of a natural disaster, sudden illness of the instructor, or if the minimum number of participants is not reached, the course may be postponed or cancelled.
Cancellations made after the cancellation deadline will be charged the full amount of the cancellation fee.
After the course, a PDF invoice will be sent to the applicant.
Please transfer the amount to our designated account by the due date indicated on the invoice.
We do not accept credit card payments.
We do not issue receipts.
Please contact us if you have any requests regarding invoicing.
(e.g., the participant and the billing address are different, multiple applications from the same company need to be combined into one invoice, etc.)
