*MCP (Model Context Protocol): A protocol that standardizes connections between AI hosts and external tools, enabling users to directly perform corporate tasks such as applications, approvals, and searches from Claude or ChatGPT.

Generative AI is currently evolving from a stage of simply “researching” information to that of an agent that “executes” tasks. It enables seamless workflow integration across different domains, allowing complex application and approval processes that span parent companies, subsidiaries, and group-wide departments to be executed as a single, integrated workflow.
