TDC SOFT, Inc. (President and CEO: Hiroyoshi Kobayashi, hereafter referred to as “the Company”) has developed a beta version of “Shitsumon Craft,” a user interview guide creation application that utilizes generative AI, and today began its release. Shitsumon Craft” supports the creation of questions to elicit the latent needs of interviewees, and contributes to improving the quality of UX design and operational efficiency.

Development Background

Through training UX designers and educating clients on UX design, we have become acutely aware of the difficulty of mastering UX design, and the quality of UX design is largely dependent on the experience, knowledge, and skills of those in charge. In particular, the discovery of latent needs in user surveys greatly influences the quality of UX design, and the key to this is how much information can be extracted from users during user interviews.
