Ltd. (the “Company”) hereby announces that it has implemented the repurchase of its own shares pursuant to Article 156 of the Companies Act as applied pursuant to Article 165-3 of the same act, as resolved at a meeting of its Board of Directors held on February 8, 2024, as follows
The Company also announces that the repurchase of its own shares, which was resolved by its directors on February 8, 2024, has been completed as of this date.
