TDC Soft, Inc. (President and CEO: Hiroyoshi Kobayashi, “TDC Soft”) announces that it has jointly developed with The Iyo Bank, Ltd. (President: Kenji Miyoshi, “The Iyo Bank”) a “Simple Fire Insurance System” that allows customers to complete fire insurance application procedures digitally.

The “Easy Fire Insurance System” digitizes all pre-contract procedures related to fire insurance applications for home loans, and has been introduced at all Iyo Bank branches.

Application after introduction of "Easy Fire Insurance System

This system digitizes the pre-contractual fire insurance solicitation and application procedures to achieve seamless paperwork, enabling customers to collectively identify the parties to whom they are calling for fire insurance and to check the progress in real time. The system will reduce the burden of filling out forms by half, greatly reduce omissions and other deficiencies, and speed up internal procedures for efficient transactions.

In addition, the system implements a function for requesting procedures and electronic delivery of documents via the customer’s terminal (smartphone, PC, etc.), enabling customers to complete procedures both in person and in person. In addition to the “Easy Fire Insurance System,” Iyo Bank will use the insurance company’s solicitation system to digitalize all procedures, including premium calculations and application procedures.
