Ltd. (the “Company”) announces that it has repurchased its own shares in accordance with the resolution passed at the Board of Directors meeting held on May 12, 2022, pursuant to Article 156 of the Company Law as applied pursuant to Article 165, Paragraph 3 of the said Law.
The Company also announces that the repurchase of its own shares, which was resolved by its directors on May 12, 2022, has been completed as of this date.
