The first “SAFe® Release Train Engineer (RTE)” training in Japan will be co-hosted with Scaled Agile (SAI) in a 3-day face-to-face format starting Wednesday, November 20, 2024.
The course will be taught in Japanese by SAI’s SPCT, the only Japanese instructor available to train this course in Japan. (the only Japanese instructor in Japan who can train the course) will conduct lectures and exercises in Japanese. Please consider attending by arranging your schedule.

Training Overview
The SAFe® Release Train Engineer is a servant leader and Agile Release Train (hereafter: ART) coach who facilitates ART events and processes and helps teams deliver value.
This course is recommended for current RTEs and experienced Scrum Masters who want to take a step forward.
In the SAFe® Release Train Engineer course, you will gain a deeper understanding of the role of RTE in a Lean-Agile transformation through discussion, the ART process and execution, and how to coach leaders, teams and Scrum Masters in the new process and mindset. Learn how to coach leaders, teams and ScrumMasters in the new process and mindset. You will also learn how to prepare, plan and execute an event that aligns the vectors of all members of the SAFe organization.
