The reality is that there are many hurdles to changing from traditional activities.
The key to initiating activities is to start by bringing to the surface the issues facing the organization and the team, and to gain a common understanding of why they need to be addressed. The first step is to gain a common understanding of the issues and why they need to be addressed.

This year’s event will focus on how to bring organizational and field issues to the forefront? will be the theme of the event.
Participants are invited to submit their issues for discussion with the speakers.
The event will be facilitated by utilizing Miro, an online whiteboard tool, while connecting interactively with the speakers and participants.
Listeners are of course welcome.
