On Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at the “Japan SAFe Symposium 2024: A Day to Learn about Organizational Change and Agile Management Practices” hosted by Scaled Agile at The Westin Tokyo, we presented our SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) application case study for Advantest Corporation. Ltd. at the “Japan SAFe Symposium 2024, a day to learn about organizational transformation and agile management practices” hosted by Scaled Agile.
The event was a great success with over 400 guests in attendance.
In the lecture, we welcomed our customer, Advantest Corporation, to talk about the background of SAFe implementation, the implementation process, and current initiatives, and received positive feedback.
