In order to provide project quality that lives up to the trust of our clients, we apply our quality management system (TQS) throughout the company and are working to develop human resources for project management.

Training and Activities

We have a development system that enables project managers to grow by providing training and activities tailored to the management skills required at each level of the project manager.

Know-how transfer and knowledge creation

In addition to conducting training and activities, we also pass on their own know-how and knowledge through the community in order to promote mutual growth among project managers.

Project Manager Growth Cycle

The PDCA cycle is in place to help project managers grow. The company measures each individual’s abilities through project management skill assessments, supports their growth in an optimal manner, and encourages them to follow the PDCA cycle.

Individuals will implement the PDCA cycle to continue to grow through measures and practices in line with the growth goals they have set for themselves.
