Respect for Human Rights

1. Basic concept

We recognize the importance of respecting human rights in all of our business activities. We comply with the relevant laws and regulations of each country or region in which we operate and respect international norms*.

• International Bill of Human Rights (“Universal Declaration of Human Rights,” “International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights,” “International Covenant on Civil and Political International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights).

Recognizing that the process of our business activities may directly or indirectly affect human rights, we have established the “TDC SOFT Group Human Rights Basic Policy” to respect the human rights and individuality of all people involved in our business activities, and will promote efforts to respect human rights.

2. Relief mechanism

We will create a system of effective countermeasures by establishing a reporting window to prevent the occurrence of human rights violations. If a human rights violation is discovered, we will promptly take appropriate action with fair and impartial remedies while protecting the privacy of the parties involved.
