TDC SOFT announces its new medium-term management plan to Be a Visionary System Integrator

TDC SOFT Inc. (head office: Chiyoda City, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Hiroyoshi Kobayashi; hereinafter called “the Company”) is pleased to announce that, to achieve our purpose, which is to Make the World Smarter, we have formulated a new medium-term management plan to Be a Visionary System Integrator (April 2025 to March 2027).

As social issues become increasingly complex, we will enhance our foresight in terms of the near future and provide outstanding development technologies and services to be a one-of-a-kind partner for our customers and achieve long-term growth.

■ Quantitative goals and indicators
Our quantitative goals for fiscal 2027 are net sales of ¥60 billion, operating profit of ¥6.2 billion, and at least 2,900 employees (on a consolidated Group basis).

Modern society is changing and growing more complex at an unprecedented rate. At the same time, the issues faced by our customers are becoming increasingly diverse. Given this situation, our goal at TDC SOFT is to leverage the advanced technical skills we have cultivated over the years as well as our insight into future societal changes by formulating a new medium-term management plan aimed at helping our customers actually solve their problems. Under this plan, our goal is to achieve net sales of ¥60 billion and operating profit of ¥6.2 billion by March 31, 2027. To Be a Visionary System Integrator means anticipating the future and taking advantage of outstanding development technologies to provide forward-looking, valuable services. We will continue to be a one-of-a-kind partner for our customers, and, together, we will pave the way to a brighter future.
