In addition, from the viewpoint that the appropriate distribution of earnings and results generated through value co-creation and productivity improvement to multi-stakeholder groups will lead to the maintenance of momentum for wage increases and sustainable economic development, and from the viewpoint that it is important to return profits to employees and give consideration to business partners, the following initiatives will be implemented. We will promote the following initiatives.

record

1. Return of profits to employees

We will focus on maximizing added value through sustainable growth and productivity improvement by focusing management resources on growth areas, developing the skills of employees, and improving their abilities and skills. Based on the earnings and results generated, we will raise wages in an appropriate manner in accordance with the “Principles of Wage Determination” and in consideration of our company’s situation. In addition, we aim to continuously return profits to our employees through proactive efforts in education and training, etc., to improve employee engagement and productivity.

(Individual items)

Specifically, with respect to wage increases, in addition to regular salary increases, we will work to raise the base salary, and through performance-linked bonuses, we will appropriately distribute earnings to employees.

Regarding investment in human resources, education and training, etc., based on the basic recognition that human resources are our greatest asset and source of competitiveness, we will systematically educate and train professional personnel through updates to our proprietary human resource development framework and various training programs.

2. Consideration for business partners

We will continue our efforts to comply with the contents of the Declaration of Partnership Building.

In the event that the Partnership Building Declaration is no longer posted on the portal site, we will voluntarily withdraw the publication of the multi-stakeholder policy.

In addition, with regard to business relationships with tax-exempt businesses, we will work to establish appropriate relationships by referring to the government’s publicly announced ideas on how tax-exempt businesses and their business partners should respond to the invoice system.

We will continue to make steady efforts to address these items while checking the status of initiatives.
