  1. Confirmation of stress check implementation system (your company's work)

    We will confirm the implementation system, including who will be in charge of the representative implementer.

  2. Provision of support materials (TDC work)

    Based on the items confirmed in “1. Confirmation of Stress Check Implementation System”, we will provide you with materials for preliminary preparation.

  3. Stress check policy statement (your company's work)

    Prior to the implementation of the stress check system, the employer is required to declare its policy on the introduction of stress checks within the workplace.

  4. Deliberation on internal implementation regulations (your company's work)

    Prior to the implementation of stress checks, it is necessary to deliberate and decide on the implementation system, implementation method, etc. at the health committee of the workplace.
    The content of the implementation decided here will be defined as the internal implementation rules.

  5. Provide information to employees (your work)
