What is the Scrum Experience?
It is a hands-on program where you can learn the essence of Scrum by working as a team on a simple craft that anyone can do. The program consists of several cycles of planning, development, review and retrospective (reflection).
Non-engineers are also welcome to participate, as no system development is involved.

The IPA (Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan) states that in the “value-creating society” called Society 5.0, work must be carried out in an exploratory, hypothesis-testing manner under unpredictable circumstances, making maps of the known and unknown and conducting repeated observations and experiments. This is where agile behavior comes into play.
This workshop will provide participants with an opportunity to experience “Scrum,” the most used framework of Agile, through the workshop to realize the effectiveness of Agile-Scrum.

Instructors in charge

He has experience in many projects as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach. In addition to projects, he continues to help teams become more agile through Scrum training instructors and workshops. He is currently working as a Reversal Evangelist so that more people can experience the fun and effectiveness of Reversal.
