Agile Scrum Experience" workshop to enjoy a value-creating society

You may be hearing the word “agile” more and more, even if you are not in the IT industry.
Agile initiatives are also required to realize DX, and you may have grasped
that it is somehow valuable.
However, do you have any worries that you only have the knowledge but no opportunity to practice or learn?

This time, we have prepared a workshop for those who are not usually involved in system development to experience Agile.
Why don’t you use this event as an opportunity to experience the actual Agile mindset in a hands-on workshop?

What is the Scrum Experience?
It is a hands-on program where you can learn the essence of Scrum by working as a team on a simple craft that anyone can do. The program consists of several cycles of planning, development, review and retrospective (reflection).
Non-engineers are also welcome to participate, as no system development is involved.

✅ Those who have heard the terms Agile and Scrum and are interested.

The IPA (Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan) states that in the “value-creating society” called Society 5.0, work must be carried out in an exploratory, hypothesis-testing manner under unpredictable circumstances, making maps of the known and unknown and conducting repeated observations and experiments. This is where agile behavior comes into play.
This workshop will provide participants with an opportunity to experience “Scrum,” the most used framework of Agile, through the workshop to realize the effectiveness of Agile-Scrum.
