TDC Soft, Inc. This project was undertaken to enable the client company to switch its existing credit card business system from an outsourced format to an in-house proprietary brand infrastructure, migrate its existing membership of several tens of millions of members, and establish a large-scale in-house production system capable of handling future expansion.

We leveraged our business knowledge and expertise in the financial domain to provide support from the upstream process as an “employee replacement” for a system that supports core business operations such as new member screening and credit management. In addition to clarifying the workflow, reaching consensus on specifications, and designing the credit logic, we also developed a DevOps system using GitLab and practiced proactive quality control. In addition to the clear specification of the workflow, consensus on specifications, and design of the credit logic, the development of a DevOps system using GitLab and proactive quality control contributed to the service launch and stable operation as planned.
