TDC Soft, Inc. (headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Hiroyoshi Kobayashi, President & CEO; hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) announces that it has published its first “Integrated Report 2025,” which integrates financial information with non-financial information such as human capital and intellectual assets to systematically summarize the company’s value creation story, and has released it on its website today. The report is available on the Company’s website starting today.

Although TDC has always disclosed information mainly in the form of financial information, the expectations of our stakeholders have become more diverse and sophisticated in line with changes in the social environment. We have published our first integrated report to convey the “true value of TDC Software” including human capital and intellectual assets as a coherent story.
