TDC SOFT Inc. recognized as one of the “Excellent Health Management Corporations 2025” for the seventh consecutive year.
(Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Hiroyoshi Kobayashi; hereafter “TDC SOFT Inc.”) was recognized on March 10, 2025 for the seventh consecutive year as a “Corporation with Excellent Health Management” jointly promoted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Japan Health Council.

We have been focusing our efforts on health management since past years, as evidenced by our gold certification as a “Healthy Company” by the Healthy Company Declaration Tokyo Promotion Council in 2018, as the first comprehensive health insurance association in Tokyo to receive such certification.
We will continue our efforts to create a “comfortable and rewarding society to work in” by actively supporting the health activities of our employees and their families and by promoting organized health activities. By ensuring that our employees and their families maintain their physical and mental health and achieve their best performance, we aim to provide optimal services to our customers and grow together with society.
■ Certification System for Excellent Health Management Corporations
The Certification System for Excellent Health Management Corporations was established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) in FY2016 with the aim of creating an environment in which corporations, including large corporations and small and medium-sized companies, that practice particularly excellent health management can be evaluated by employees, job applicants, related companies and financial institutions by making them “visible. This system was established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in 2016. Based on the evaluation criteria established by the Study Group on Promotion of Health Management (jointly organized by the WG of 150,000 Companies for Health Management and Health Declaration of the Japan Health Council), the Japan Health Council certifies “Corporations with Excellent Health Management”.
