Launching a new personnel system that allows you to realize who you want to be.

TDC SOFT Inc. launched a new personnel system in April 2025.
As changes in the business environment accelerate and it becomes essential to respond to diverse values, ways of working, and project formats, we are significantly revamping our personnel system to clarify the career goals of each employee and enhance their expertise, so that we can continue to achieve sustainable growth as a company and move to the next stage of our development.

The new system is based on the concept of “All Professionals” and aims to make all employees highly specialized professionals.

[1] Grade system based on expertise

TDC SOFT Inc. in the past, the grading system at the Company had been post-oriented, but under the new personnel system, the grading system is more focused on expertise in order to realize “All Professionals.
All employees are professionals who establish and pursue their own areas of expertise, and some of them will be asked to take on line positions that focus on organizational management.

The top management level is Vice President (VP), and below that are divided into professional management and line management. Professional management positions include Expert, Chief Expert, Managing Expert, Producer, and Fellow (FL)/Executive Producer (EP) from the bottom. Line management positions include Manager, Senior Manager, Director, and General Manager (GM).

[2] Evaluation by ability and results

TDC SOFT Inc. At MOL, employee evaluations are based on two axes: “ability evaluation” and “performance evaluation. In the past, “performance evaluation” was based solely on the results of activities and contributions expected of roles and grades, but by adding “ability evaluation” that equally evaluates the expertise and skills that employees have honed, we have created a system that allows us to fairly evaluate personnel with higher levels of expertise.
