Building with training, the first step toward the future
After the three-month training period, you can continue to improve your expertise and human skills by learning on your own through a combination of on-site challenges, support from senior employees and supervisors, and internal systems. Whether you are inexperienced or experienced, you will grow in different ways depending on how you make the most of the environment - an educational system that values "self-directed growth.

3 months to develop skills and confidence
The training will be conducted over the first three months of employment in order to acquire the knowledge and skills that will form the foundation of an SE, including business manners, IT basics, and programming fundamentals. While receiving guidance according to their level of technical proficiency, trainees learn the concept of the development process required for SEs, implementation with an awareness of the quality of deliverables, and communication and division of responsibilities when collaborating in a team through individual and team development assignments. During the three-month period, senior employees will provide guidance and support to the trainees, who will be close to the trainees in age.
A stage of support and growth that continues after training
After completing the three-month training, employees will be assigned to the "System Development Management Department" for two to three years, where they will participate in projects in their respective business fields. In the projects, supervisors and senior employees support their growth in terms of technology and business knowledge while they put into practice the knowledge they acquired in training. In addition, a system is in place to provide friendly support for consultations regarding the workplace environment and other issues, providing double support for growth on both the vertical and horizontal axes. In addition to improving basic knowledge and skills, our culture of teaching and learning from each other is deeply rooted, allowing us to share and enhance each other's knowledge gained from projects.

Institutions and mechanisms that do not stop learning
Under the "Visionary50" system, we have an initiative that allows employees to set aside 50 hours per year during working hours for self-improvement, allowing them to continue learning in a systematic manner. Furthermore, we have prepared a step-by-step educational curriculum of more than 100 different types, focusing not only on improving technical skills, but also on enhancing human skills. By supporting a wide range of learning, from the acquisition of specialized knowledge to the strengthening of communication and leadership skills, we have created an environment that encourages the growth of each and every employee.

The deciding factor in joining the company was the extensive training
S.I.: I am a liberal arts major and did not study IT at all when I was a student, but I decided to join the company after a senior employee told me, "Even if you have no experience, we provide generous training so you can jump into the IT industry with confidence! This was the deciding factor in my decision to join the company. In the first month of training, students learn the basics of working adults, IT basics, and programming basics, and from the second month, they are exposed to system development. Because I was able to learn step by step, I was able to fully understand the work flow and connections even though I had no experience.
K.N.: When I was a student, I studied both computer and network technologies at the School of Information Science. By systematically reorganizing the knowledge I already had from the basics, I was able to apply it in a more practical way. I feel that this is an environment where experienced students can develop their expertise and inexperienced students can build up from the basics, where the way you grow depends on you.
Learn through training and gain confidence in the field
S.I.: During the training period, I worked on an individual development assignment where I developed and tested my own system based on a design document. Currently, I am involved in the development process and am able to apply what I learned in the training to my work. While aiming to be involved in the upstream process, I am studying for the Basic Information Technology Engineer exam and acquiring cloud computing knowledge. I make it a habit to look up the meaning of commands and source code whenever I am unsure of something in my work, and I am improving my skills through daily self-improvement.
K.N.: I was able to smoothly understand the business and enter the development process by making use of what I learned as a student and learning practically through training. I am currently involved in the coding modification of a system in operation, and I am able to work without anxiety. Furthermore, I am also involved in work in the field of AI, and while gaining experience there, I will continue to learn while taking advantage of the company's systems so that I can develop using the cloud, acquire knowledge of a wide range of languages, and polish my knowledge and skills in the future.
