A wide range of industries, taking your experience to the next level

TDC Software allows you to gain experience in upstream processes and as a PM/PL while working in a diverse range of industries and operations. Whether you want to improve your ability to move people and projects or master technology, you can steadily expand your career while receiving support from the company.

Expand your capabilities as a "project lead engineer" in a wide range of industries and tasks

As an independent SIer, TDC Soft is involved in diverse system development in four main areas. In these diverse areas, engineers who are responsible for upstream processes such as requirement definition and architecture design, and engineers who lead teams are responsible for designing the entire project, from requirement coordination and proposal with customers, planning, technical policy making, technical support to members, and risk management. Whether you are management-minded or a specialist, this is an environment where you can hone both your "ability to move people and projects" and your "depth and breadth of technology and work" while experiencing a variety of industries and tasks.

Project assignment based on "people" and "career

For career hires, we will review project assignments together with you based on your past experience and future career aspirations.

We will confirm the following factors during the interview process: - Experienced industry, specialized phases, management experience
- Skills and career image you would like to develop in the future

We will select projects that will lead to one step forward in your growth while avoiding excessive gaps. We will discuss medium- to long-term steps such as "first familiarize yourself with the TDC way of doing things in a close area" or "expand your industry and scale in the next assignment," during one-on-one or career interviews with your manager, and place importance on assignments that are not biased only by short-term resource availability.

A system that "does not leave the PM/PL alone" while collaborating with specialized divisions

At TDC Soft, the Project Management Promotion Department, which is responsible for quality assurance and project support, supports projects in cooperation with on-site PM/PLs.

Monitoring of project progress, quality, and risks, and status hearings
・Analysis of causes of failures and problems and support for formulating measures to prevent recurrence
・Providing quality advice to PMs/PLs and planning and implementing training measures
・Maintaining and operating quality standards, checklists, guidelines, and quality indicators (KPIs/KGIs)
・ Promotion of knowledge sharing and education across divisions
・Information security management and educational activities based on ISO27001

With the support of these specialized divisions and the backup system within the divisions, we have an environment where PM/PL can focus on "moving people and projects" without having to handle the project alone. The PM/PL is not left on his/her own.
